1.    You will receive the Correct BPO form with the BPO assignment e-mail. In the event that you need another form, you will find it below.

2.    You must SAVE the BPO form to your computer prior to entering data. As you complete the BPO form, save the form frequently to avoid loosing the data entered. Once the form is fully complete, save again your computer. DO NOT convert the Excel form to a .pdf or .doc file. We MUST have the completed Excel file. Now e-mail the document to DPS - bpos@dinproserv.com

3.    Complete all data fields,   Do NOT leave data fields blank. 
If the requested information is not available, use your best estimate and state in the comments that the information was not available.

4.   When you have completed the BPO form,  PRINT a copy of the BPO for your records. If, for some reason, the completed BPO does not get here, you may fax the BPO to us.

5.    Photos of the property are required. We must have photos of the subject.   Need   front, side, street, and address.   Send additional photos if needed to adequately show property.
Comp photos are required. The MLS photos are acceptable, but send the full size photos, not thumb-nail size.

6.   Please attach the photos to the BPO form. If you have problems attaching the photos, you may send to us as attachments to an E-mail. Photos of comps must be clearly labled as to the property address.

8.    To obtain payment for a completed BPO, we must have a copy of your current
Real Estate license and completed W-9 form on file. Please e-mail your current Real Estate License to dinproserv@dinproserv.com Open and print the W-9 form. You will be paid strictly as is indicated on the W9 form and check will be sent to the address on the W9. Sign the form, fax the completed form to at 940-349-9294.        W-9 form

9.   Many of our BPO orders are for commercial properties. We know that data and comps for commercial properties are more difficult to find, but we cannot accept BPOs without comps. You may go farther back in time, or farther away in distance to locate similar comparables if necessary. You may use your MLS service to locate comps. You may locate sold and available commercial comps on the web site : Loopnet You may sign up on this site at no cost and receive a portion of the listings.
